1. Cancellations
- Required Notice: To avoid a cancellation fee, cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before your scheduled appointment.
- How to Cancel: Call us at (703) 705-8464 or manage your booking through the Tilicare app or website.
- Cancellation Fee: If you cancel with less than 6 hours’ notice, a $25 fee will be applied as per our service agreement. This fee is non-negotiable and was agreed upon at the time of booking.
2. Refunds
- Service Completion: Refunds are only considered if the service was not completed as described or if there was a verified quality issue that we were unable to resolve.
- Process: To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion with a detailed description of the issue. Include photos if applicable.
- Assessment: All refund requests will be reviewed by our management team. We may request additional information to assess the claim.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Service Satisfaction
- Our technicians follow a comprehensive checklist for every service. The final step requires customer approval before the job is completed. This ensures you are satisfied before our technician leaves.
- We encourage you to inspect your vehicle and notify us immediately if any aspect of the service does not meet your expectations.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Pre-paid tips, gift cards, and add-on products purchased separately from the service are non-refundable.
- Services canceled after the 6-hour window are subject to the cancellation fee and are non-refundable.
